Getting Started

What is Hypermetrics?

Hypermetrics is a real-time analytics platform for the Hyperliquid protocol. We provide comprehensive tracking of leaderboards, wallet addresses, large transactions, and custom alerts to help traders make informed decisions.

Is there a free plan?

Yes! Our Free plan includes:

• Leaderboard access
• Basic address lookups
• Top 10 large transactions
• Community updates
• No credit card required

Do I need a Hyperliquid account to use Hypermetrics?

No! Hypermetrics is a read-only analytics tool. You can track any public address on Hyperliquid without needing your own wallet or account on the protocol.

How accurate is the data?

100% accurate. All data comes directly from the Hyperliquid blockchain. We don’t estimate or interpolate - everything you see is real on-chain data with <100ms latency.

Using the Platform

How do I add an address to my watchlist?

1. Find an address (from leaderboard or search)
2. Click the address to view details
3. Click “Add to Watchlist” or the ⭐ icon
4. Optionally add a custom label

That’s it! You’ll now see updates for this address in your dashboard.

How many addresses can I track?

Depends on your plan:

• Free: Basic lookups only (no persistent watchlist)
• Basic: Up to 50 addresses
• Pro: Unlimited addresses

Can I track my own wallet?

Absolutely! Many users track their own addresses to:

• Monitor their performance
• Get alerts on their positions
• Compare against top traders
• Track historical metrics

What’s the difference between tracking and alerts?

Tracking = Adding an address to your watchlist for easy monitoring

Alerts = Getting notified when specific conditions are met (requires Basic or Pro plan)

You can track addresses without setting up alerts, but alerts require tracking first.

Alerts & Notifications

How do alerts work?

Alerts notify you when tracked addresses meet certain conditions:

• Transaction size thresholds
• Position changes
• PnL milestones
• Custom conditions

Set them up from any tracked address in your watchlist.

What notification methods are available?

• Email: All plans (if you have alerts)
• Push notifications: Basic and Pro plans
• Webhooks: Pro plan only

How do I avoid alert fatigue?

Start conservative:

1. Track fewer addresses (3-5 initially)
2. Set higher thresholds ($100k+ for transactions)
3. Use email for most alerts
4. Reserve push notifications for critical events only
5. Review and adjust weekly

Can I temporarily disable alerts?

Yes! Go to Settings → Notifications and toggle alerts on/off. Your alert configurations are saved - you can re-enable them anytime.

Data & Metrics

How often is data updated?

Real-time! Our infrastructure delivers updates with <100ms latency. Basic and Pro plans get priority refresh rates for dashboard widgets.

What metrics do you track?

For Addresses:

• PnL (profit & loss)
• Trading volume
• ROI (return on investment)
• Win rate
• Open positions
• Transaction history

For the Market:

• Leaderboard rankings
• Large transaction feed
• Total volume
• Top gainers/losers

Can I see historical data?

Yes! Historical data access varies by plan:

• Free: Last 24 hours
• Basic: Last 30 days
• Pro: Unlimited historical data

Can I export my data?

Basic and Pro only: Export tracked addresses and transaction data in CSV or JSON formats.

Free plan users can view data in-app but cannot export.

Can I switch plans?

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime:

• Upgrades: Immediate access to new features
• Downgrades: Take effect at end of billing period

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Debit cards
• Digital wallets

All payments processed securely through Stripe.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final. We recommend starting with the Free plan to test the platform before upgrading.

Features

Do you have a mobile app?

Not yet! But our web app is fully responsive and works great on mobile:

• Optimized for all screen sizes
• Fast loading
• Add to home screen for app-like experience

Native iOS and Android apps are on our roadmap for 2025.

Will you support other protocols?

Currently we’re 100% focused on Hyperliquid. Multi-protocol support is on our long-term roadmap but not in active development.

Do you offer API access?

Yes! Pro plan only. API access is currently in development and will be available to Pro subscribers in Q2 2025.

Can I set custom alert conditions?

Advanced custom conditions (using formulas, multiple conditions, etc.) will be available in a future update. Currently, you can set:

• Transaction size thresholds
• Position change alerts
• PnL milestones

Privacy & Security

Is my watchlist private?

Yes! Your tracked addresses and alerts are:

• Completely private
• Only visible to you
• Never shared with others
• Encrypted in storage

We never sell or share your watchlist data.

What data do you collect?

We collect:

• Email (for login)
• Watchlist data (addresses you track)
• Alert configurations
• Usage analytics

We DON’T collect:

• Trading credentials
• Private keys
• Personal financial data
• Unnecessary tracking data

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings → Delete Account.

Warning: This permanently deletes:

• Your account
• All watchlists
• All alert configurations
• All historical data

Cannot be undone. Export your data first if you want to keep it.

Technical

Which browsers are supported?

We support modern browsers:

• Chrome (recommended)
• Firefox
• Safari
• Edge

For best experience, use the latest version.

Why is data loading slowly?

This could be due to:

• Slow internet connection
• Old browser version
• High blockchain activity (increased data volume)

Try:

• Refreshing the page
• Clearing browser cache
• Checking your internet connection
• Updating your browser

I found a bug. What should I do?

We appreciate bug reports! Email support with:

• What you were trying to do
• What happened instead
• Browser and device info
• Screenshots if helpful

Is Hypermetrics affiliated with Hyperliquid?

No. Hypermetrics is an independent third-party analytics platform. We’re not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Hyperliquid.

What is Hyperliquid?

Hyperliquid is a high-performance decentralized perpetual futures exchange. It offers:

• Deep liquidity
• Low latency trading
• On-chain settlement
• No gas fees for trades

Do I need to trade on Hyperliquid to use Hypermetrics?

No! You can use Hypermetrics to:

• Research before trading
• Learn from top traders
• Monitor the market
• Track interesting wallets

Many users watch and learn before actively trading.
