These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Hypermetrics is a real-time analytics platform for the Hyperliquid protocol that provides:
- On-chain data tracking and analytics
- Wallet address monitoring
- Trading leaderboards and metrics
- Custom alerts and notifications
- Data export capabilities (on select plans)
The Service aggregates publicly available blockchain data and presents it in an accessible format.
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
To use certain features, you must create an account by providing:
- A valid email address
- A secure password
- Accurate account information
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
Account Security
You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password
- Not share your account credentials
- Log out from shared devices
- Enable two-factor authentication when available
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show suspicious activity.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots without permission
- Resell or redistribute our data without authorization
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code

- Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Trading Disclaimer
Hypermetrics provides data and analytics only. We do not:
- Provide financial, investment, or trading advice
- Recommend specific trades or strategies
- Guarantee accuracy or completeness of data
- Accept liability for trading decisions
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
Our Content
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Hypermetrics and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
- Create derivative works based on the Service
Your Data
You retain ownership of:
- Your account information
- Your watchlist configurations
- Your custom alert settings
By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve the Service.
Blockchain Data
On-chain data from Hyperliquid is publicly available. We do not claim ownership of blockchain data, but we do own the presentation, analysis, and aggregation methods we use.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Hypermetrics, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your watchlists and tracking preferences remain private and are not shared with other users or third parties.
7. Subscription and Payment Terms
Subscription Plans
Hypermetrics offers multiple subscription tiers:
- Free: Basic features with limitations
- Basic: Advanced features and higher limits
- Pro: Premium features, unlimited tracking, and data export
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Payment is processed through our secure payment provider
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- All payments are final and non-refundable
- No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused time, or early cancellation
- No refunds for downgrades from paid plans
- Free trials may be offered at our discretion
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Service Availability
No Guarantee of Uptime
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access to the Service
- Error-free operation
- Real-time data with zero latency
- Availability during maintenance windows
Data Accuracy
Blockchain data is sourced from Hyperliquid and displayed as-is. While we strive for accuracy:
- Data may be delayed or incomplete
- Technical issues may cause temporary inaccuracies
- We are not liable for trading decisions based on our data
Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Update the Service at any time
- Perform scheduled maintenance
- Change API limits or rate restrictions
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will meet your requirements
- Data will be accurate, complete, or timely
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYPERMETRICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Trading losses or investment decisions
- Service interruptions or data inaccuracies
- Unauthorized access to your account
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hypermetrics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your trading activities or decisions
12. Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by:

- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- We are required to do so by law
- Your account is inactive for an extended period
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease
- Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
- Outstanding fees remain due and payable
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice by:
- Updating the “Effective Date” at the top
- Sending an email notification for material changes
- Displaying a notice on the Service
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hypermetrics operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts located in our jurisdiction, as applicable.
15. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hypermetrics.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
